Congratulations to Arti Shah (daughter of Sharad and Mayuri Shah of St. Louis, MO) and Kiran Patel (son of Jagubhai and Dahiben Patel of Salinas, CA) on their wedding on May 19th, 2007.

Family and friends from all over United States, as well from Canada, UK, and Kenya joined in the celebration of this auspicious occasion. The main festivities began with a Mehindi night on Thursday. Friday morning was the Mandap Mahurat followed by Ras-Garba in the evening. Saturday morning started with a beautiful wedding ceremony followed by a delicious lunch. The wedding reception was held Saturday evening at the Ball Park Hilton in downtown St Louis. The bride’s parents Sharad and Mayuri Shah gave a very emotional speech that touched our hearts. The Vidahi ceremony and Jaan send off was the final ritual held on Sunday afternoon.

The family and friends put great effort in making this a most memorable occasion. The groom’s party expressed their gratitude to the bride’s family for their great hospitality. We, the Oshwal family, wish Arti and Kiran the very best in their married life.
