We had our Diwali Gathering in Chicago with families from Wisconsin as well as Chicagoland.

Total of 29 people enjoy almost 70 degree temperature in Chicago October 26th 2014! What a blessing !

We were very happy to have a  guest from Kenya Rashmiben Nilkamal Shah, mother of Dishal Shah of Chicago. We were happy to have Binta from New York , daughter to Jayendra and Priti Shah of Wisconsin. It was very heart warming that we all had a wonderful afternoon lunch for Diwali at Kama Bistro, an award wining Indian restaurant in La Grange, Illinois.

With all the greeting and meeting, we enjoyed the Diwali and New Year Spirit with gourmet sit down lunch. Our children were delighted to join this festivity, lots of pictures were snapped, hugs, friendships were formed. It was a dream come true to have a very family environment.
Before we all parted from this functions, many asked, when are we getting together again. 
I would like to sincerely thank Dishal Shah for all her help in setting up the menu with the restaurant, Prafuli Shah from Wisconsin in co ordinating all our Oshwal to come to this function.

We are looking forward to our next function soon.
