Dineshbhai was husband of Hansaben, father of Bindi and Tina, father-in-law to Dan and nana to Aidyn, Lila, Aaryana and Maya

He was son of late Velji Devshi & late Jamnaben Velji Devshi.

He was son in law of late Hirji Nathoo Gosrani & late Muriben Hirji Nathoo.

He was brother and brother-in-law to late Jayantibhai and late Chandraben,

Vinodbhai and Anilaben, Late Savitaben and Jivrajbhai, Late Navinbhai and Jayaben, Arunaben and Satishbhai, Ashvinbhai and Minaben.

He was brother-in-law to Late Radiatben and Late Ramnikbhai, Kanchanben and Premchandbhai, Manjulaben and Late Maganlalbhai, Late Dr. Nirmalaben, Girishchandrabhai (Bhikhu) and Late Kumudben, Dr. Madhusudanbhai (Babu) and Late Dr. Binaben.
